The Canvas Works is a custom fabrication shop — we can create any canvas or fabric cover, awning, enclosure, cushion you need. Our staff has extensive experience crafting marine and non-​marine products — from design and pattern making to construction. We will complete your project using high-​quality long-​lasting fabrics, thread, window glass, and fasteners, which will provide years of maintenance-​free durability in any environment. No job too small and no job too big!

Established in 1990.

The Canvas Works has been a water side Sausalito institution for over 24 years. Focussed on bringing quality service and products to the region serving not only the boating community but also residential and commercial needs for custom canvas and leather work.

* Mike Casey started sewing custom leather goods way back in grade school, honing his skills in design and fabricate of specialty items from concept to final product. Mike has many years of sailing and boating experience, and understands the need for practical and functional solutions for your boat.
