Studio 333

I was a guest for a wedding on ⁶⁄₄. Venue is nice. But the staff was incredibly rude. I am a nursing mom, when out I try to find private spaces to feed my baby. I went outside away from the guest to nurse. I was asked to move several times and was offered no alternative where to sit. They made it very uncomfortable and impossible to feed my baby. Instead I had to leave the venue in order to nurse without being interrupted.

This is the coolest venue I have ever been to! Christopher graciously hosted our teacher staff appreciation party, and it was the BEST! The artwork is incredible. The ambiance has the best vibe, and the outdoor space was perfect. Thank you Studio 333 for making this teacher feel appreciated beyond words!

What an unusual and ideal place to have a celebration! Various places to gather, great ambiance throughout. Outdoor area is a real bonus. This is an ideal place for a multi-​generational party, there are distinct areas that you can use for different attractions comfortable for varying ages. How nice that this very special location is available for private parties!

Great venue. Super artsy, eclectic and tastefully done. I would plan my next party here for sure!

Retro deco, modern art, various rooms for parties, dinners and intimate occasions, outdoor courtyard & tables, ping pong, indoor pool table, arcade game, TV screens to show prerecorded video, convenient location, art gallery and shared work space. The kids loved it and so did the adults. Food truck catering is awesome and fun. Lots of fun stuff to look at.
The entrance to the courtyard can get blocked pretty easily by people standing and talking but all of the other rooms and areas have more than one way to enter and exit.

Studio 333 is a truly great space. It’s both an art gallery, and a wonderful atmosphere to potentially host a party or get together of sorts in. My staff had a party there recently and it was perfect. There were several rooms for food and drink, gathering, hanging out, etc. There is art and fashion to look at, and everyone I was with talked about how they would recommend this space to friends!

We held our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah party at Studio 333 and it was a huge success. The space really worked for us: we wanted to provide several different environments for the kids to engage in a range of activities. Studio 333 has a number of different rooms, plus outdoor space, and it worked out great.
The on-​site staff was terrific to work with and a really nice group of people, as well as being highly professional and experienced. Christopher himself had a wealth of resources available to help us in planning and he has a lot of experience that can be very helpful.
On the day of the event itself, Christopher and the team were extremely organized and efficient, and everything went off without a hitch. In the weeks leading up to the party, when we were finalizing details of staffing and ordering food and supplies, we had some minor misunderstandings, but Christopher is very responsive in communicating, and we were able to sort things out.
Our daughter’s friends and their parents all loved the venue and had a fantastic time at the party. We received many compliments on the unique and fun venue.

We did our child’s Nursery School Auction party at Studio 333 and could not have been happier. We probably had at least 75 guests, Christopher had just added some cool «lounge» type floor lighting and with the artwork (cool) and general awesome vibe it is the perfect place for a party. He’s got a fantastic outside courtyard which adds so much especially on a nice day or night and he hasn’t missed a detail out there either. He handled everything from the bartender/​staff and the DJ you can honestly sit back and trust your party will be a success in his hands, this is not his first rodeo ;)

Studio 333 is a very cute and quaint art gallery in Sausalito. I looked and looked for a place to have my daughters Bridal Shower. It’s thanks to Unilocal and Studio 333 already great reviews I found it and inquired about the date in question. It’s the perfect spot for an event (bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, wedding, you name it). The shower went off without a hitch! There’s a great private area outside to host a large group comfortably, but we had the Bridal Shower inside, since the weather was still a bit cool and misty. The inside is decorated with local art and has high ceilings. You get the feel of being in a large space that’s has great appeal. There’s a kitchen to prep your dishes and table stations for drink and food to set out. Everyone was impressed with the facility. Christopher the owner was very helpful and provided the place to us clean and with all the tables set up as discussed. I would rent again if I need a venue for another celebration.

We hosted my husband’s 40^th here. Everyone commented on what an incredibly cool venue it is!

Studio 333 was the perfect venue for our event and highly recommend it if you are in need of an indoor/​outdoor event space. The staff was really helpful, created a great atmostphere and pulled everything together for us. We were given recommendations for food truck options, but opted for paella from Paella Time and were really happy we did. The food was delicious! Overall, we were very pleased with Studio 333 and would definitely use this venue again in the future.

Studio 333 is the best place to have a party! It is absolutely magical and I highly recommend having an event here! The space is so beautiful. The best ambiance, and Christopher and his staff do an amazing job to make sure everything is taken care of and looks absolutely beautiful. I held a surprise birthday party for my Dad at Studio 333 earlier this month. I was absolutely blown away! The space holds a very captivating ambiance since it doubles as an art gallery, that just so happens to be both indoor and outdoor. We were able to have a live band, food truck and full bar! Christopher was such a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to make sure everything was just perfect for our event. I can’t thank him enough for helping us create memories that are sure to last a lifetime. I highly recommend Studio 333!

Just had my son’s bar mitzvah last weekend at Studio 333… best party venue ever! Christopher was so helpful, I didn’t have to hire a party planner! He took care of everything down to the last details. His staff set up the room and outside better then i requested. They were so on top of everything all night long! When the party was over the staff packed up all our stuff for us and loaded it into our car! Amazing service. I have had 2 other bat mitzvah’s and nothing came close to the service at Studio 333. Not to mention how beautiful of a venue this is. The outside patio was a big hit with our guests, nice place to get away from the music inside. Heat lamps provided for us was a total bonus, and the pool table was fun for many. The bar area set up was beautifully done. Loved everything about this place. Definitely would come back if /​when I have another party!!!

I am writing this review based on using the space as a venue, not necessarily viewing the gallery (which was also fabulous!)
I attended one of my best friend’s weddings at this space a few weeks ago and had an absolute blast! The space was a perfect venue and having a bunch of rad art work to look at wasn’t bad either! The bride, our girlfriends and I all had a blast sipping champagne and dancing the night away. The staff Studio 333 provided was amazing as well. I helped the bride with a lot of the planning and decision making and Chris exceeded our expectations. My personal favorite was the resident DJ who came highly recommended, DJ Bootleg I believe was his name. He honored all of our song requests, was polite, well dressed and entertaining. Most importantly, the music was on point and he kept all of us dancing all night long. Overall this was an A+ experience for the entire wedding party and guests. I’m definitely going to be renting the space myself for some upcoming events. Thank you, thank you, thank you Studio 333 for going above and beyond these 5 stars!

We held our wedding at Studio 333 on 10/​10/​2015 and to be perfectly honest, we were a little worried as the date approached. Christopher is a great guy, but his approach is a bit relaxed… until it’s go time that is. Even on the wedding day, I came in to help set up but had to leave the venue at 1:30PM with it looking not even close to ready. The ceremony was at 5PM.

By the time the wedding party arrived around 4:30PM, the set up was so beyond our expectations it blew our freakin minds. Everything was set perfectly for the ceremony and Christopher was on his way to the store to get the ice we completely forgot to order.

A big part of the success of the night was thanks to the Studio 333 staff, which are a well oiled machine. They were all so happy, friendly, professional, easy going, etc. Didn’t order enough wine and water glasses? No problem, they had extra ball jars that they set at the tables. Want to smoke cigars outside? Go for it. Someone dropped their keys down the grate in the middle of the yard just as dinner was about to start? Dude with tongs materializes and people are back to enjoying their dinner in 30 seconds.

Dat venue though… the Studio itself is a really cool place to hold an event. I don’t know how, especially in the Bay area, a place like this has stayed such a secret for so long. All the attendees commented on the unique/​cool/​funky/​amazing atmosphere that Christopher and his team were able to create for the party. Plenty of room for dancing inside (they even let people in the upstairs balcony to take pictures and hang out) and the post-​dinner setup outside with pool, ping pong, cornhole, and chairs to take a break was super clutch. Best part is that it’s an art gallery, so you really don’t have to decorate if you don’t want to!
All in all, everything about our wedding at Studio 333 blew our expectations out of the water. Multiple people said it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. If you’re like my wife and I were 6 months ago, questioning if we made the right decision because he’s taking more than a day to respond to your email about ***insert stupid insignificant detail here***, just relax. Christopher and his team are busy making other peoples’ events amazing right now, he will get to yours when he needs to and… he will deliver.

This review is for Studio 333 as an event venue. Studio 333 is a great gallery with all kinds of great artists’ work. As a venue, this means no decorations necessary! We were able to set up a DJ for the dance floor, popcorn machine, video booth, bar, and a catered buffet style dinner and everything went smooth. We did have one vendor hiccup, but Christopher and Brooke from the Studio handled it fantastically while letting us continue spending time with our guests. We had a fantastic time and everyone from Studio 333 was so easy to work with, I would highly recommend them!

Where to begin? My husband and I had our «Welcome Dinner» here beginning our wedding weekend. We can’t say enough good things about Christopher and his staff. Leading up to the event Christopher was easy to reach and extremely helpful with all the details and tasks that go into hosting a dinner for 110 people. On the day of the event we were absolutely floored with how the place was completely transformed. We had people come in from all over the world and each and every one of them commented on how great the space looked and felt as well as how attentive the staff was. They were always there when we needed them and had great energy with all of our guests. These folks exceeded all expectations. It was a beautiful night all around. If the opportunity presented itself, we would host another event here without hesitation.

Right in the heart of old Sausalito, I returned a couple days after the event and enjoy this place as a gallery. What a fun place. The owner/​manager was so hospitable. I really enjoyed touring it without the distractions. So much great local art. I wanted that old metal «Wangs» sign so bad. There is a nice garden patio and idea location. The art is in so many directions you will surely find something that touches you. Bring your event here. Its amazing.

Wow — talk about a hidden gem!
I’ve lived in the Bay Area pretty much my whole life and I never knew about this place.
Studio 333 is more than just an art gallery. It’s a shared work space and event venue (perfect for weddings, cocktail receptions, high school reunion, fundraisers, etc.). The studio is deceptively large (I believe it can hold up to a few hundred people), and includes both indoor and outdoor options. I took a tour with the owner, a nice guy named Chris Holbrook. Apparently, this has been a family-​owned space for quite some time. It’s clearly a labor of love for him — and I’m really impressed with his eye for design/​functionality.
I’ll be honest — I’m not a huge art expert, but the artwork at Studio 333 is wicked cool with plenty of colors and modern twists. The space is also equipped with a kitchen, DJ booth, pool table, and ping pong table.
As I mentioned, you can buy out the space for private events. And their pricing is super reasonable (like insanely reasonable). So for you folks out there who are looking for a wedding venue, keep this place in mind. You can host both the ceremony and reception here. Plus, there’s plenty of parking right across the street.
Personally, I’m going to keep this venue in mind for upcoming work events. Also, I have my 20^th high school reunion this year, and I’m going to recommend to the planning committee that they keep this studio in mind.
