Meet the Business Owner
Jordan G.
Business Owner
As the very active president of Matrix Computer Solutions, Jordan Gootnick is literally the human touch that has made his company one of the most successful technical service firms in the Bay Area.
Matrix’s clear-headed approach to service was borne from a sense of need in the business and consumer communities. Existing computer service either was incompetent or helplessly mired in «geek.» The normal business or home office owner suffered from two extremes. Most technicians blanketed themselves in a fog of technical language without the ability to truly communicate with their customers. Or, they were not truly as skilled as they said they were.
Jordan Gootnick set out to change customer expectations. He dedicated himself to moving customers away from having blind faith in computer technicians to making sure they really know what’s going on. «I pride myself on relating well to people, talking to my clients,» he says. «I clear up their confusions, and never leave them in the dark.»
