Cibo is a unique restaurant and coffee bar in Sausalito serving breakfast and lunch in a contemporary, relaxed environment. Our food combines products sourced locally and seasonally through our long-​standing relationships with our purveyors. We serve a small menu that changes seasonally, inspired from the food we source from our farmer friends of Marin and the Bay area.

At Cibo, we believe that the best food is simple and made with quality ingredients. We use as much local and organic produce as possible, from our eggs all the way down to the Heath ceramic cups we serve our coffee in. Stop by for a light breakfast of granola and yogurt, or opt for something heartier such as our Steel Cut Oatmeal, Frittata or Spring Omelet. For lunch, try a fresh salad and soup of the day, or dig into one of our toasty hot paninis. You’ll taste the quality in every bite.

History

Established in 2009.

Cibo, pronounced «chee-​bo,» is a unique addition to the Sausalito area. Over the past 4 years, we have provided a great option for breakfast, lunch and coffee in the neighborhood. We have a simplistic vision of what good food is, and we see that vision through in the way we purchase and prepare our dishes. We are committed to using high-​quality, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and vendors. At Cibo, we are proud of the reputation we have earned over the past few years, and look forward to serving the community for many more to come.
