We work with and manage a variety of skilled sub-​contractors including a great roofer, fascia, soffit and siding specialist, carpenter, mason, sheet rockers, taping and texture specialists, painters and general handyman and maintenance specialists.

History

Established in 2007.

Dyco, Inc Remodelers started as a part time business in 2000. Over the years we have updated, remodeled and helped to sell about 50 homes in the St Cloud, MN area. We have a passion for working on houses in need and take great satisfaction in an updated living space.

Over time we kept getting more and more calls from people familiar with our work and in 2007 Dyco Inc Remodelers was born.

We have always focused on doing things the right way the first time. We work in a referral type of industry and our customers are our best source of new business. Attention to detail and process management are the keys to a satisfying remodeling or repair project.

Kevin D.

Business Owner

Kevin is originally from Princeton, MN, is a veteran of the US Air Force and a St Cloud State University graduate. He spent 25 years in the food service industry as a National Account Manager and Sales Director with Tyson Foods. After 25 years on the road it was time to stay home and Kevin moved right into the remodeling business where his management and remodeling skills has resulted in Dyco Inc Remodelers — a growing, quality focused, local and affordable contracting company.
