Saw lots of «phenomenal» reviews on google and other websites. All were so high on «ryan and his sales team.» Well i experienced Ryan. Can’t say I’m impressed. The only reason I gave them more than 1 star was because the price for the car I purchased was already a good deal and the final process was very smooth. Still, I went in attempting to look at negotiating or at least talking to them about what I was thinking. Got very much a cold shoulder and when I gave them my offer they basically said «thanks but no.» No counter offer or no attempt at reaching an agreement at all. My offer was not a low ball offer and was only off about $ 3−4k of what they were asking. I’ve worked at dealerships before and know the type of overhead they do. $ 3k-​$ 4k should have peaked their interest. They gave me the impression that I wasn’t good enough for their time.
Their finance department was great. In and out in about a half an hour with no hiccups whatsoever. Sales team needs a lot of work. A lot of their reviews on google are very similar with only a few words changed between reviews. Padding the reviews much?

Would I buy a car from here? No way.
My husband and I went with my best friend to help her find a car. The guy was all nice until we started trying to negotiate price. He got extremely defensive and said «what? We do not negotiate prices here!» And we ripped up the paperwork and said well this isn’t going to work out then, because we are not paying x amount for that used car. Went to a different place and got that same car, will less miles, for almost $ 5000 less! Jokes on you kaisers. Can’t stand this place.

It took me 7 years to ready myself for my dream vehicle.

, here I found the Infiniti FX37 at Kayser Chrysler.
I used the message function to find out if the vehicle was still available and explained that I was from out of town.
The price was $ 5000 below other dealers around me locally. Ryan Kutz was extremely professional in assisting me with all my questions, even sending me additional images via phone text, and testing certain aspects that I was looking for with the vehicle.
Ryan truly went above and beyond my expectations. We set up and had everything ready for when I showed up. The test drive was great, all questions were answered.
They were even flexible on my trade giving me what I wanted from it. The vehicle was missing floor mats, and Ryan set me up with the all weather Infiniti OEM mats that I wanted, sending them directly to my home.
My whole experience was a 9/​10, the 1 point drawback, was Wisconsin lacking cell service for my AT&T coverage
I highly recommend Ryan Kutz for his professionalism, knowledge, willingness to assist. He is a great asset to Kayser and if you are looking for your vehicle, speak with him. The guy even washed my car for me before I left!

Took our van in to service the recall issues. Service manager stops out to tell me about all of the «EXTRA «problems they found including the «worn out» front brakes and rotors that should be replaced that day. I said no and took it back to the garage that replaced the front pads last fall. Paid $ 65 for that garage to tell me the front pads are over 75% life on them yet. Will NEVER go back to Kasyer Chrysler service department again.

Purchased a $ 23,000 vehicle. Moon roof leaked from day one. They refused to fix playing the «its not factory installed» card… Hmmm. Beware!

I found Kayser through a forum as I was looking for my dream car, a 2015 Dodge Challenger Hellcat. Justin Lewis was the salesman that I worked with and he was awesome. Some dealers were marking this car up to ridiculous amounts, but Justin gave me a VERY fair price considering it had a coveted A8 transmission. I had to fly in from out of town and Justin arranged for someone to pick me up. All went very smoothly and 2 hours later I was driving my new baby home. If you are shopping for your dream car, I highly recommend Justin. He was fair, answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help deliver my car. In closing, I can thank Justin and Kayser enough for helping me find my new ride!

Zak, one of the salesmen, helped my wife and I out a lot. I bought a used car, compared it to several dealerships throughout WI, and ended up paying less than what they were selling a similarity listed truck at. Zak is approachable and was patient with all of my questions. In my opinion, buying a car is not a comfortable experience, but when I do, I don’t like «fast-​talkers», «pushy salesmen», or «sketchy answers.» I want to know the facts. If Zak did not know an answer for sure, he found it, instead of making something up just to seal a deal. I am very satisfied with the service and vehicle.
