Paul is extremely nice and helpful. He usually gets my car back to me around the time he says. I’ve brought my car here twice and I’m currently waiting to get my car back after an accident. I’m happy with the work that they do because my car looks brand new every time. Thank you York collision for taking care of my baby!

Okay. So here we go again. This review is on behalf of my mother. Just picked up her car this week after taking it in to get her side view mirror replaced after it was taken off by another car. First of all, it doesnt take 2days to fix. Repair was done great, except the mirror is the wrong color!

I have been going here for at least 20 years. Excellent quality work. Recently, I had a dent in my tailgate fixed a few weeks ago by York Ford Collision Center. You can’t even tell the dent was there! You can definitly tell they are certified techs and know what they are doing. I highly recommend them. Excellent service! Truck was delivered in the time frame given when I dropped off the truck. Paul Ferry has been helping me recently and has provided great customer service, as did the other techs that I have worked with in the past. York Ford is one of the best.

I wanted to say thanks to Paul and the folks in the collision center for giving me a complimentary detail after a bad experience with a repair last year. Car looks and feels great, and they were good on their word.

We purchased our 2013 Kia Soul from Kia of Medford. Our buying experience was the best I ever had at an automobile dealership. When our neighbor caused some rear bumper damage to our car while backing her car, I called York Kia to get a recommendation on auto body repairs. I was recommended to go to York Collision Center. I received an estimate on Saturday, September 6; dropped the car off on Monday, September 9 and picked up the car on Friday, September, 13 as promised. Their overall workmanship I rate as outstanding, and Paul and Dave provided me with timely updates throughout the entire repair process.

DO NOT USE YORK COLLISION! I had my car towed to York Collision after my accident. It took them 4 days just to get an estimate, I called three different times and they said they were working on an estimate, so I drove down to the shop and they hasn’t even started my car! It took them ANOTHER 3 days just to place an order for the parts to start my vehicle. They have had my car for 15 days now and I spoke with the manager Paul who informed me that they are just starting the repairs. They are dishonest, unreliable and I wish I could go back in time and choose another body shop.

they had my truck for three weeks when they told me a couple of days and they use after market parts that are already starting to rust in under a year. i had to have another shop fix three things they missed out of my own pocket at a cost of close to a thousand dollars. i wouldn’t bring any of my vehicles there again

Because they are so close to where I live (you can drop your car off at York Saturn (now Kia) of Medford), I’ve used them twice for collision work on my Saab. They were on my insurance company’s preferred list after I was t-​boned by an idiot on his cell phone, so I figured they would be decent.
Overall, the work is done in a timely manner and cosmetically looks fine. Looking deeper, I have found many, many problems. Things like quarter panels not screwed in correctly so that they’ve started rattling, windshield washer nozzles broken and taped into place (when they could be replaced for ~$ 10), the liner in the hood taped into place since they didn’t feel like replacing the clips they broke, and putting wax over the black plastic trim which has now turned white.
I would not recommend these guys for anything. I’m sure they’ve done a good job in the past but they are just lazy/​cheap/​whatever now.
