Excellent experience. After the installation they kept in touch with me about any questions or concerns I had. They also followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly. I highly recommend this business for installation.

Preface this by saying I don’t review places that often, only if I get a tremendous or horrendous experience. This review is the prior. Recently had a fair amount of work done on a new vehicle. Worked with them briefly on my last vehicle installing a simple powered woofer in the trunk. More businesses need to follow Superior’s customer service model. They went above and beyond what I expected for the installation of my new system. Answered all questions, made suggestions, and we’re friendly all the while. The install was flawless and workmanship was top notch. Owner was super knowledgable and extremely accommodating, his name is Billy. Great guy. He even took time after closing to show me the work, how the new head unit works and the features of the installed products. He didn’t need to do it, but he did. All the guys there were of the same character from what I saw. I gave instructions just once of what I expected, and the results superseded those expectations. Overall, fantastic experience I had working with them, it seems evident they treat all customers this way by browsing their Unilocal reviews. Plan on seeing them again soon when I decide to upgrade my vehicles electronics. Wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. This place knows what they’re doing and customer service/​pricing is phenomenal, especially for the service they provide. If you’re thinking about doing anything to improve he sound/​security of your car, look no further. There is no way you’ll be disappointed.

Went to have a car starter repaired as the remote had gotten lost. The guys were very helpful and was in and out if there quickly. Fixed the alarm and made sure everything worked correctly. Very impressed with the place. Would recommend !

I just stopped in, my radio was not working on a used car that I had just bought, the man working the counter came right out to my car, re-​connected a disconnected antenna and got my radio working in a few minutes. Then he said no charge, but I insisted and gave him something for his kindness. That is top notch customer service! Nice to see it still exists! I highly
recommend going there for electronic issues. They live up to their name in Superior Service!

This is the ONLY place I would go for a car starter or stereo system! Since I have had my license I have had a ton of cars and every one of them has been to Billy’s place for one thing or another. Last year I purchased my first new car and had them put in a remote starter so I can warm her up before I get out there in the cold winter mornings. Amazing!

Great service, highly professional install!

I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna which needed to have its audio upgraded. I spend a lot of time in the car and I just got tired of trying different workarounds to get the features I was looking for like hands free calling, satellite radio, etc. I did a lot of research to find a place to get this done. There are a lot of people in this business and I know from experience that many of them are not very good and you end up paying the price for using one of these companies.
Superior Radio and Security, according to Unilocal seemed to be the best in the business in my area do I decided to give them a try and I am VERY happy I did so. I ask a lot of questions, but when I am spending the amount of money I needed to I have to ask those questions. Some places don’t want to hear all the questions, they just want you to buy. Well that was not the case at Superior. They took the time to answer all my questions. I went home to do more research and came back the next day to get the unit installed. What a great experience. It took awhile as my car had a number of issues. Billy and his staff would come out as they encountered something to let me know what was going on and what options I had. They really took the necessary time. Billy also showed me all the wiring and I was impressed by how neat he made everything look. The bottom line is when he finished, I got just what I wanted and a real professional installation. With all the features in this unit, I had a number of questions and called Billy. He answered all my questions and I am one very happy and satisfied customer. I would certainly go back to Superior and I highly recommend them.

Recently purchased car stereo at Superior Radio. The experience was excellent in all respects. Sales staff were knowledgable, objective and personable. Installation was right on schedule and quick. They took great care to provide training in operation of new stereo. These guys offer a great product but service was what really stood out.

So I called a few places for car starter, and while this place was some what high in terms of price, however they were extremely nice on the phone and took their time to explain what they could do and the location is close to my work; I decided to pick them right there and then and proceeded to make my way over there.
I arrived and they took care of my car almost immediately and while they took care of the installation, I tried to connect to their free, customer wifi but it didn’t connect. The whole ordeal took about ninety minutes after which I paid and headed out.
All in all the installation is great and works extremely well. They did a great job making it non-​obstructive and kept it all very clean. No tangles, no faulty audio — good quality for the price you pay for. Pretty solid experience all-​round.

If you truly care about your car, don’t look anywhere else to get a system installed. These guys are the best in the north shore hands down… When every audio place around said they wouldn’t touch my saab because of the level of difficulty involved, these guys not only welcomed the challenge, they exceeded all my expectations. «G,» went to work like a mad scientist on my car, lots of custom work involved… very clean… excellent work. They take pride in their work and it shows… My only problem with them was the price. I was quoted at about half of what they actually charged, but custom work is a shot in the dark as far as price, and I’m certainly happy with the results…
