Accommodating, professional, quick and efficient! Needed my windshield replaced quickly and they squeezed me in at the end of their day!

This location replaced the incorrect windshield installed by the Billerica. I thought they did a good job and used the OEM Subaru glass. They even cleaned all the windows. Fortunately I drove from here directly to the dealer to have the collision avoidance system reprogrammed. The service manager immediately noticed that some required clips around the windshield were missing. They popped open the hood to further examine the windshield at the bottom and found the clips. In a small plastic container.

Yes, ladies and gentlement, they left plastic in the engine’s air intake for the turbo. The only reason Safelite isn’t replacing a 2015 2.0L turbo boxer engine with ~7,500 miles on it is that I went straight from Saugus to North Reading.
Ya it was a thoughtless and careless mistake. But it could have been a disaster.
Just don’t let these people touch your car.

What an experience I have never been treated so well start to finish polite friendly and informational. Clean facilities and even had coloring books for my kids. The coffee was alright but great experience overall. Will recommend to my friends.

They are located next to a dr office & are very unprofessional. Not only have I almost been hit a few times from them flying around the building when trying to leave, all you can hear is music from their space while in the exam room. Multiple times my dr had to apologize for the profanity coming through the walls from their music selection. The manager had gotten involved & reached out mid way through my appointment but that only stopped them for not even 10 minutes. It went right back up. Need to have a surprise visit by someone in the higher ups to get things fixed.

Extremely easy to make appointment and staff was excellent. Had to replace front windshield and they made he process extremely easy.

Extremely friendly staff, very fast service. I walked in the front door to the repair man taking my keys and immediately getting started. Really happy to have them replace my windshield.

Safelite has kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. They didn’t hesitate to order me a new pillar. They move quick, let me tell you. My windshield turned out great and has zero issues. My wife just creamed a pothole so hard that it broke her window in half (not kidding, Revere roads are a nightmare right now) and I’ll be having Safelite do it. Stuff happens, people make mistakes, I’m not mad about it, they handled it correctly and it hasn’t been an inconvenience to me in the slightest.

Had a tech (Ed) Come out to our house to repair the front windshield and he Did a great job. Impressed us with his work and especially the clean up afterward ~ he cleaned up and even cleaned the vehicle. thank you

I scheduled my appointment online, which was very convenient. I was able to schedule for the next day. Manager (?) was very friendly and helpful– took care of me right away. They fixed my windshield with only a tiny speck remaining (I would have given a perfect score if the window was spotless).

I’m huge on service (read my other reviews)…I recently had to replace my windshield and had never had to go through the process. Safelite was recommended by my insurance. The call center reps were friendly and helped me set up an appointment pretty fast. The first appt I set up was at another location. The original location had bad Unilocal reviews so I decided to call back and switch to Saugus– very glad I did!
When I showed up to the service location, Astrid, the customer service rep was welcoming and friendly. The lobby was clean, there were magazines to read, TV to watch, wifi, coffee. etc… all organized and well kept.
Jimmy, the tech was awesome, very professional, respectful, and sincere in service. My car was done in timely manner and I was glad to receive information on the after-​care for 48 hrs after the service. I was happy to see my sticker and ez-​pass were nicely replaced on my windshield and in the same exact spots I preferred them on.
Furthermore, I was called a day after the service to see how the windshield was and if everything was still great and it was (extra points for following up).
I’d recommend this location to anyone who needs their service.

Very friendly customer service, and the installation was very professional. I highly recommend.
The back glass on my brand new car was broken by a vandal, and the OEM glass replacement part was very hard to find. The SafeLite reps stuck with it, working with several area dealers until they could get the part. They were great about keeping me updated on the status, and provided very professional and friendly customer service — which is, as we all know, a real rarity in Boston.
When the part came in, they paid a good deal of attention to cleaning the broken glass out of the car, making sure that the fit was proper, and that all glass in the car was properly cleaned.
They also have a decent little waiting room with a clean restroom, free Keurig coffee, and WiFi available.
