Great service! Knocked out an entire attic worth of stuff in an hour. Good group of guys who just work and get job done. Showed up on time and no bs. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend these guys! They came the next day and removed our junkster bag. I had them remove a bag almost three years ago and they provided the same efficient service. I would definitely use them again!

We hired these guys to clean out a huge 4 floor apartment building. I must say that these guys really worked hard and got everything cleaned out quickly. It wasn’t a small job by any means, in fact it took 3 truck loads to get the job done. My only advice is to be very cautious of the fees they charge you. When we booked the truck with Leo he gave us a flat rate per truck load. He said it didn’t matter how long it took them it was $ 500 for a full truck load. When the guys were done one guy in particular tried to charge by the hour instead of by the truck load and also tried telling us that they only take cash which is not true. As you can easily figure out, something sketchy was going on but a few phone calls took care of the problem. I would recommend this company again as long as you carefully watch how they charge you.

The other reviews can’t be the same company. Run away! They sent I tiny guy who spent most of the time talking on a cell phone, carrying about 6 oz. at a time with I hand. Finally I started picking up the debris myself and handing it to him! They showed up with a truck already full of debris and tried to charge me for two trips for one load. This took almost one whole day, and I was left with an enormous mess and a good part of the debris to clean up. When I called Scott to tell him that I was doing the work– I’m a 60+ y/​o woman– he didn’t even apologize or offer to adjust the charge– the doofus just said he’d dock the guy’s pay.
I found this on Craigslist so ask the name of the company before you hire them.

I just used the Junk Depot to have a vanity, some old bushes and a toilet removed from my property. They were excellent! From Leo on the phone to the 2 guys that came to my house to remove the junk, the service was top-​notch and extremely reasonably priced. I would use this company again in a second!

Overall, great service! When I called JUNK DEPOT, the person on the phone was very friendly and professional. They scheduled someone to come over the same day within just a few hours after my call. The guys were superb. They knew exactly what they were doing. The way they cleaned up after themselves was very impressive. I have already recommended them to several people that I knew needed to haul away some trash and debris. They have all experienced the same satisfaction that I have, and I can assure you that you will too. I will be using them again for sure.

I called them on Friday around noon. I was thinking it might take a lot of back and forth, and maybe a week or more, to finally have the job done. As it turns out, they were available that afternoon. Two friendly guys and a trash truck up arrived within a couple of hours, and 20 minutes later, it was done. with no issues whatsoever, and a very fair price.

I used Junk Depot’s Junkster Bag service. For $ 150, they mailed me package with instructions and a bag the next day. The bag is similar to the Bagster program by Waste Mgmt. You fill up the 3 cubic yard nylon bag and place it in an accessible area where it can be picked up by Junk Depot. I put in a lot of demo waste (wood, carpet, a little plaster, and metal) and made sure it fit a lot of material. After it was filled up, I called and sent an email to let them know it was ready for pickup. Leo said I was scheduled and in a couple of days, the bag was gone. Service was ideal for small projects. The weight needs to be reasonable (less than 3300 lbs I think) and non-​hazardous materials. Everything worked out quick and relatively easy. I liked the straightforward pricing vs. Bagster (which varies the tipping fees based on what you are tossing out). Although there were not any reviews of the Junkster service, many people had either very good or very bad experiences with Bagster. My experience with Junkster and Junk Depot was very good.

They do a great job and clean up after they remove the junk.

I recently contacted this business to haul away some junk from a bathroom I am remodeling. The pile itself is fairly small and would probably fit inside a large pickup truck but I have gotten rid of my truck. I got a call that the estimator was at the house and was given a quote for and entire ½ truck full. I tore apart a small bathroom with some wood, ceiling tiles, plaster, and I cut up a small narrow stand up shower unit. There is no way my junk would have completely filled up an entire half of the truck.
After telling the estimator that I was not prepared to pay for a half truck but was more than happy to do so for a ¼ truck, we said our thank you’s and goodbyes.
Moments later I received the following email from the estimator:
«Because of the location it would be 249.00 I’d check out 1800gotjunk if they are in your area but I think there ½ a load is in the 500 dollar range or you can try to find someone on craigslist with a pickup truck that will illegally dump your construction debris in the woods somewhere.»
Now, I may not be the smartest person in the world but I can assure you that if someone that worked for me or represented my company sent an email like that to a perspective customer, it would surely have been their last.
There is a way to do business and there is a tactful way not to.

In this rough economic times I can not afford to pay anything without negotiating. I saw these guy’s truck on the highway and gave them a call. They came that very same day to estimate my build out trash left behind. They even guarantee to beat anyone’s price by 30%. I thought to myself, this is too good to be true. So I called up other junk removing companies and no one came close to what they offered. Sure enough I took work with them.
In terms of their work, they have 4 guys moving and really only took them two trips to clean everything out. Honestly, I have nothing to really complaint about since all they have to do is take my unwanted things away. It was quick and clean!
