It is impossible to reach a live representative via phone. It is just an endless loop of menu choices.
When I tried to access my account through their website, it just keeps telling me the information I entered is invalid. How can my phone number be invalid when it’s the same one I’ve had for 5 years and used for all my Comcast accounts???
I’ve not had any issues with the Saugus store, but there are usually very long lines and only 1 or 2 people at the counter, and they are not open extended hours. Hard to get to them when you work all day.
And yes, my rates keep going up but I get no notice from them that that will happen. I just see it when my new bill arrives.

service goes up and up. even if a rep claimed to lock you in at a certain rate.
they are scum.
