Big D’s and Little C’s Appliances

I wanted to give this company a good review. On the front end they were great. Prompt response to my inquiry, decent product (for the $) and patient during a tough install (which I did tip extra for). I was disappointed for a few different reasons:
— the washer/​dryer was pretty dirty after the install. I can live with this but it would be nice if they had made the extra effort to clean it up.
— the washer/​dryer is quirky (but works). I have to jiggle the door to get the washer to start (they looked at it and apparently there wasn’t much they could do to fix it) and the for the dryer, sometimes I to have to spin the inside manually to get it going.
— and my biggest complaint is that they left behind an extra washing machine in my garage (said they didn’t have room to bring it with them that trip) but they made little effort (after many reminders) to remove it. I eventually had to have someone come to remove it.
Overall the cost was decent but it could have been a better experience.

My roommates and I purchased an electric dryer from these guys for around $ 150 and while with the dryer we got what we paid for, their service was great. It came with a 90 day warranty and while we had to get our first one repaired, then replaced, and then get our second one repaired, they were always very helpful and came to help out within the next few days. Definitely recommend using them if you need a washer/​dryer on a budget.
