Always On Time Auto & RV Repair

Great place. Very friendly. Much better than the big chain rv repair place I tried before. He is busy so it took a bit to get an appointment, but work was done on time. I will be use this place again.

I came here on a google search. My Class C Fun Mover needed an oil change after driving it from North Carolina to California. My first choice was Camping World in Valencia, but was not able to schedule an appointment because they never call me back to make one. I made a phone call to Always On Time Auto&RV Repair before coming in to get the service done. I made a phone call on Friday and was greeted by a lady on the phone. She quoted me a price that was right around what I expected to pay. I came in that following Monday and drop my RV off. Later that day I received a phone call that all the work was done and that the RV was ready for its next adventure. I ask her if it was OK for me to pick up my RV the next day. They were really nice about leaving it at there shop for the night. The next I pick up the RV was greeted by the owner Gary who has a vast knowledge of the work that he and his crew are doing at the shop. We talk for a little as I took care of the payment for the services. I also got my generator up-​to-​date with it services. I got the keys to the RV that was park under the awing and was on my way!
I will definitely come back to Always On Time Auto&RV Repair to get any work done on my RV. They are fast and prompt in the way they do business and care to keep you as a customer. Thank you for your hard work!!!

Gary the owner does a fantastic job. Service has always been impeccable. He does a honest mans work. Price for service can’t be beat.

Gary and his staff are great! I’ve been taking my cars here for the past 15 years or so, and have never been disappointed. I have never been made to feel like I was being taken advantage of, which is hard to find these days in this line of work. If I am low on cash, and something isn’t needed right away, Gary will tell you outright and not trick you into thinking it is urgent. They have always fixed my all of my vehicle’s issues, and are efficient too! Very honest, hard working guys that get the job right the first time. I highly recommend Always On Time.

I have been going to Always On Time since they opened and previously went to Alert Auto. Gary and his team have always been fair and honest with all my car repairs. I trust what they tell me about my car. If something isn’t urgent to be fixed, they will tell me that i can wait and not to worry about it. I have recommended them to multiple friends and family and now they are all regular customers.

I took my travel trailer to them to fix an electrical cord and they asked me to leave my pick up truck hooked up so they could move it around if need be. The guy doing the work showed me where he would leave my keys if I were return after they closed. Later that day I called them to let them know I wouldn’t get there till after they closed, so I gave them my credit card number over the phone. When I return that night an hr after they closed my invoice was on the windshield and NO keys! I had the lady that runs the storage area next to them call Gary the owner at home and tell him that they left no keys for me. Gary lives in town and said to tell me he was sorry and they would be in at 830 the next morning. WOW!!! Now I’m stranded an hour away from home. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THEM!!! They care ONLY about the money not the clients.
