History

Established in 1990.

Mowers and More unofficially began in ’90 as part of Lamb’s Hardware at one of the oldest buildings in the Village of Saugerties. The repair service took off and soon, Lamb’s Hardware was set to be replaced by the shop being run from just a small garage. By ’95 they officially opened their «mom & pop shop» where one could say ‘Mowers and More’ was born. While the family has many memories at the Market Street location, the business continued to grow. In ’01 they moved to their current location at 224 Ulster Ave. Both father & son work together to continue the family’s legacy as proud owners and operators of «The Mower Depot, Inc. dba Mowers and More.» It’s still a family affair at Mowers and More, and they’ve added a couple of people to their family! Together everyone is committed to staying up to date on the training by all our brands and technology (we’re talking about you AutoTune by Husqvarna). We’re looking forward to serving the current & next generation of outdoor power equipment
