We opened our doors back in 2004 and remained open until 2010 as owners of Barclay Heights Diner.

Due to a Family emergency we where forced to sell…

As time went on and our Family healed we saw that the Diner was not doing well and decided to get it back

Stopped here for breakfast on my daughter’s college visits. Cut looking diner on the outside. Clean on the inside. Waitress was super nice. I ordered bacon and eggs and my daughter ordered the French toast. They got the eggs right over medium. I would have given them 5 stars but my toast was a little burt. However, the star of the show was the French toast. My daughter said it was the best she’s had. That’s saying something as she’s pretty picky and my toast is no slouch. A good place to stop.

Although prices are a little bit higher than most family sit-​down restaurants, I like to eat here. For the sake of traveling though, it’s a little out of my every month reach though. For special occasions or when my family exhausts the possibilities of other restaurants, I don’t mind eating here. Their service is adequate, and seating is never a problem. Their bathrooms are a little small (and look a little outdated too), but overall, a good experience here nonetheless.

I am officially rescinding the 1-​star review I write a few months ago — The Barclay Heights is back! I don’t know what black cloud descended over the place during the ill-​fated «Genesis Diner» period but things are back on track here, and the food may even be better than before. What a relief — welcome back!

I love this diner and like everywhere else in this area, the staff is so friendly! I love the banana french toast, never had anything like it!
