My significant other and I pulled in the other day just as they were closing. We missed closing time by like a minute (we thought they closed at 5:30 but they in fact closed at 5:00) though my boyfriend didn’t realize this until he reached the locked front door. The staff is so nice that despite them just having closed shop for the day, they opened the door to let him in, in order to cash his check. Now tell me what other bank would do that? Case closed. A+ service. Four stars to you Navy Federal for being flexable and actually caring for your customers!

I have been with Navy Federal Credit Union for over 20 years and I have found that they provide great customer service. This location continues the same great tradition of great service. The staff always greets you when you enter and exit at this location. They always ask if you need any help.
I used this location for coin deposits. Many banks don’t provide this service without add fees. This NFCU location has a coin deposit machine that accepts all US coin currency. Before you can deposit your coins, you have to enter your account information and the machine will credit your account after it is done counting the coins.
I really enjoy the little things that NFCU provides. If you meet the requirements for joining the awesome credit union, it will serve you well as it has served me.
