Jimmy the Greek was pop up before pop up existed. He has two locations but this is where you will find the Greek. He even wants you to call him that. I order gyro platter with fries. He loads you up with fresh lamb gyro right off the spit. This is not frozen strips but the real deal. He grills the pita bread. Cuts fresh tomatoes and onions right there then slathers on the tsatziki sauce. You cannot eat here but that’s okay. Take your food and run. The first bite is heaven as the sauce splashed across your lips

Jimmy’s Greek Food Truck is awesome! Although the«dining area» would probably get 3 stars for being outside in a parking lot next to a busy road, don’t let that deter you from trying the food at Jimmy’s Greek Food Truck! The gyro meat is perfectly seasoned and delicious, and the accompanying tzaki, grape leaves, and salad(we got the lamb gyro dinner) was excellent! And for $ 8/dinner, it’s definitely the best bargain Beachside! I will definitely return, and probably take my food to enjoy by the water.

Yummy… have gotten food here for years, its the best Greek in Brevard county. Love the lamb dinner and the hubby always gets the gyro with fries. We have enough food for 2 meals.

Jimmy’s food truck wins hands down over the seven brick-and-mortar Greek restaurants I have tried in this area. Thank you Unilocal and your reviewers for steering me here. I had a bit of trouble finding Jimmy’s. It turned out to be in the parking lot of Causeway Motors and well worth the effort to locate. Jimmy even fed me pieces of gyro meat while my food was being prepared. What a charmer! I ordered the open-faced gyro platter and a soft drink. Toasted pita, copious amounts of meat and perfect tzaziki, nicely dressed salad with generous amounts of feta, and lemony dolmades — heavenly — andi I have leftovers! Will return again and again.

This place is so great! I come from an area with a lot of great Greek and Italian food and it is hard to find here in Brevard. The gyro had pretty much a whole lamb in it and was cut right from the broiler. The tzatziki sauce was amazing, as well as the grape leaves. Now, I think that the food truck«trend» is pretty ridiculous and anyone who buys cupcakes or sushi from a food truck is a dirty, dirty hipster. A food truck should be burgers, dogs, meatball/sausage grinders, and gyros… not weird crap that you can only order if you have a cool set of glasses and vinyls tucked under your arms. But this place is a REAL food truck with great freshly cooked food and a lamb gyro that I would literally kill a human being for. I will definitely be recommending Jimmy’s to everyone I know!

Best lamb gyro in town! Prepared fresh and on the spot, so sometimes it’s a short wait, but you’ll end up chatting with the excited customers in line.
