We added ~75% to the sq footage of our house and were very pleased with Frank’s value, creativity and guidance through city requirements.
I wasn’t really looking for a lot of creative input as we were simply going to extend the existing roofline of the house. However, Frank’s suggested variation in roof line was much more interesting. He also helped me with the flow/​positioning of some rooms which I expected to change use over time.
i would definitely recommend getting a quote from Frank.
