came here for the first time not too long ago and i must say that i was very satisfied with the work i had done, everybody was very nice. the doctor does not try to sell you on getting unnecessary work done on your teeth. they treat you more like a friend than a customer, i defintely will recommend this dental office to my friends and family.

I recently transferred to Dr. Woo’s office on advice from a friend of mine. Dr. Woo’s office is very tech-savvy. They play ipods and let you watch movies while you’re getting your teeth filled. They also send email reminders of your appointment and let you fill out forms online. The biggest«plus» of this dentist’s office, though, is the staff. Every single person was friendly, patient, and seemed to genuinely care that I had a good experience. The cleaning does take a lot longer than I am used to(30 minutes from 15 minutes at my old dentist’s). They did the same stuff but it just took longer… I don’t know if that means they are more thorough or if they are just slow!

I HATE going to the dentist. In fact, I wouldn’t go to the dentist if I could avoid it. However, I don’t mind going to Dr. Woo’s office. The receptionist & hygienist are super nice. I’ve been going to him for about 2 years now. They are super quick with waiting time — I generally arrive 10 minutes early and I wait less than 5 minutes. I hate going to the dentist due to fears of having a cavity. Well, I ended up having cavities at my last visit. While I got my cavities filled, they put a movie on! They gave me a list of over 50 movies to choose from. They have a TV in the ceiling and gave me headphones to listen to the movie. It was a nice distraction. Dr. Woo is nice & keeps me informed — letting me know what he is doing(a.k.a. «Ok, I’m filling the cavity now…» etc) and made the filling the least amount of painful that I think it could have been.
