What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation which promotes healing. It has been effective in helping managing many illnesses and maladies and creating a beneficial effect. It works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.

Established in 2009.

I have been counseling clients for more than 10 years. I have been working for the Wellness Programs and recently started my own business. I am also certified Reiki practitioner

Business Owner

Since her childhood, Inna has always felt a need to help people. She is not judgmental and has an approachable personality that makes people open up to her. She finds great pleasure in seeing her clients succeeding and takes great pride in the fact that she plays a role in their happiness. As a Health Care professional and life coach, Inna focuses on disease prevention and health promotion issues. She specializes in nutrition, stress reduction, provies spiritual guidance and takes a holistic approach to any issue. She wrote it in hopes of helping many children and their families learn how to stay healthy by eating well and exercising. Inna stresses the importance of eating a variety of foods and having fun doing it. She hopes children learn that being healthy means being happy.
