Kim is the best agent after we have worked with her for 5 years. She is very knowledgeable in all the aspects of the business and helped us for so long and so much. We really appreciate what Kim has done us and she is the best!

My husband and I have known and worked with Kim Connor since 2008. During the past 6 years, Kim has been an incredible resource to us! You won’t find another realtor who is more hard working, dedicated, or passionate about her work. She is a kind and generous person and will do whatever it takes to help you buy or sell the home of your dreams.
We first met Kim when we were walking in our neighborhood. Kim was hosting an open house in the area and while we weren’t even looking to buy or sell, we decided to check out the home. She was very gracious in answering all of our questions and the more we spoke with her, the more we learned about the neighborhood, market trends, and the overall state of the housing market in our area. What struck me most about Kim was that she was extremely knowledgeable and at the same time she wasn’t pushy at all. She asked if we would like her to send more information, so we gave her our email address. She followed up with even more data and information. After some deliberation, my husband and I decided we would like to list our home as the prices in our neighborhood were falling due to the economy and short sales. It was with Kim’s guidance that we were able to take that BIG step.
At the time that we getting ready to list our home, Kim not only helped us to clean our home and get it ready for an open house, she helped us with staging. Kim got cleaners to come to our house to clean everything from the carpets and floors to the windows. Once the cleaning was done, she helped us to stage our entire home. She brought in her own furniture, artwork, decorative pieces, etc. When she was done and we were ready for our 1^st open house, I almost had second thoughts about moving out. The house looked amazing. Within just a few short weeks in a really tough market, Kim had a couple of offers for us!
At the same time that we were listing our home, we were also utilizing Kim to search for a new home. Kim did a ton of research and previewed homes before showing them to us to save us time. She was incredibly flexible as well, showing us homes in the evenings or on weekends outside our normal work hours. We were very impressed with Kim’s ability to listen to all of the things we were looking for in a home. She showed us several properties in many neighborhoods and helped us find the home of our dreams! We had a very difficult negotiation process, but Kim’s professionalism and methodical approach as well as her creative negotiating skills finally landed us our new home! We’ve been living in the same house since June 2008 and couldn’t be happier. It’s definitely been an amazing place for our family to live.
Over the years, we have referred several friends and family members to Kim. She did such a great job for us and we’ve heard similar stories from those that we referred. No one that we know has had a single negative thing to say about Kim. If you’re looking for a superstar realtor who will go above and beyond in every way possible, look no further. Kim is the realtor of your dreams. We are so glad that we met Kim all those years ago. She’s been an amazing realtor and an even better friend!

Kim agreed to help us buy our first California home and what a nightmare it turned into. First of all, know the difference between a Realtor and a real estate agent. Kim is (or was at the time) a Real Estate Agent but NOT a Realtor so she is not bound by the same code of ethics… and this, I think, is the key element she is missing, ethics.
Knowledgeable, funny, sharp, professionally dressed, we were initially impressed. We were amazed how in one glance Kim can tell you the entire history of a house. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate business. She agreed to be our Buyers Agent. But beware. With us she was also negligent, deceitful, unethical, a poor communicator, and basically in it for herself.
In a nutshell we fell in love with a home and offered full price on it. However, the inspection showed many issues including an old roof, an ancient heating system near its end, and poor drainage with standing water. Instead of bringing in a 3^rd party professional for estimates or even helping us negotiate a better deal Kim convinced us to sign off almost all of the contingencies (we were so naïve about the rules) until we were almost at a point of no return. She just kept brushing off our concerns and ignoring them. She finally agreed to have a personal friend «look at» the issues. Do NOT trust her «friends.» When our loan officer called her and expressed concern about the issues she snapped at her saying it was none of her business. We finally wanted out. The sellers were so upset that they did not want to return our earnest money and we almost didn’t get it back. It was a nightmare. Our personal experience with Kim was this: She communicated very poorly with us and with the seller’s agent, she took advantage of our naivety, and she only wanted to make the sale. Let the buyer beware.

My wife and I leased a house that Kim sold for the owners. Well… when it came time to get our deposit back, Kim provided a fraudulent carpet cleaning receipt. I know this because I happen to use the guy that she provided the receipt from. At any rate, I emailed and called her and never received the courtesy of a return call or email.
Bottom line… she’s clearly as UNETHICAL as they come. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use her.

Kim is a truly amazing real estate agent. She guided us and helped us all through the process of getting our home ready to put on the market at the right time. Her marketing and staging skills are unbelievable. She built a website for our home with a virtual tour, which looked amazing. In the current market (Sunnyvale, CA, in early 2010), she attracted 80 families to look at our house during the first Open House weekend. Other agents were surprised to see the «Sale Pending» sign after the first weekend and asked Kim how she could sell so fast.
Kim has a tremendous amount of knowledge about remodeling and selling. She helped us get the best results with our limited budget. She really knows how to discuss projects with contractors to get a beautiful result in the end on a limited budget. No matter what obstacles we encountered in the remodeling process, Kim could always make things right. She has helped us make a miraculous transformation to our home.
Kim has worked very hard for us. She always goes the extra mile for her clients. Without Kim, I can’t imagine that we could carry this remodeling and selling process and get such a great result in the end. She is extremely professional.
