Hales & George is a family practice established by Robert E. Hales, his daughter, Jan Marie Hales, and William P. George. Subsequently, in May of 2002, Senior Partner, Robert E. Hales retired but is still consulting with Hales & George. Hales & George has advised thousands of clients on ways to avoid probate and court involvement, minimize estate taxes and control the ultimate distribution of their personal and business assets. Real estate values, stock options, brokerage accounts, well funded pensions and retirement plans, and increased life insurance have made comprehensive estate planning a necessity for large numbers of individuals.
