Thank goodness for Groupon… that’s how I found Kaivalya Spa.
I scheduled my massage with Heidi via email — she was very accommodating and they have weekend hours! My actual massage was done by Jesse — she did a great job. I will definitely go back — schedule permitting. :)
More details: the groupon was for a scrub, wrap and massage… the scrub was an exfoliating situation followed by moisturizers and warm blanket wraps. THEN… a great massage.
The location is convenient — there is plenty of parking as it’s in a medical/business office building. It’s also a short walk from downtown Saratoga.

I found out about Kaivalya from a Groupon for a massage + scrub. As soon as I got there I was welcomed, even though I made it there a few minutes late. My massage was done by Pamela, and out of several massages I have received in my life, it was definitely the best one. I have fibromyalgia, so having a massage that eases my tense muscles without hurting me is a delicate balance and trouble for a masseuse. I definitely will be returning.

I went to a meditation seminar at Kaivalya Spa and love the authentic and welcoming feel with which the spa is filled. This is a beautiful and serene space, staffed by awesome professionals. The body, mind and spirit are nurtured here through eclectic approaches such as Reiki, swedish massage, and yoga classes. Definitely plan to pay more visits in 2013, as I resolve to be good to myself and hold impeccable wellness standards.

Receptionist at this business is the very unfriendly and impersonable. I even dare say miserable and unhappy. I believe her name is Tricia. As a business owner myself if I received even 1 negative comment pertaining to my employee I would do everything in my power to correct or remove that individual. One bad review is normally 10 more who never spoke up. Business is difficult enough these days and there are so many happy friendly individuals unemployed at this time. Just thought you should know…
