Decided to try… won’t be back. The waitstaff couldn’t offer reccomedations because she didnt eat what we thought about ordering… also forgot our main course but we didn’t mind because we sent back the crab dip appetizer. The high note was the beer it was fine and they redeemed my free Unilocal glass of wine and we weren’t charged for the returned app.

I was at this bar/​restaurant a week ago Saturday, tried something called balkan sausage.Wtf. is a balkan sausage I asked. Its a… regular sausage «sans» (pardon my french) skin with a bunch of spices and it’s served with a tzatziki sauce, fries and bread. So is it greek or some weird lebanese type of food — it’s unknown to me yet as some dude that served it to me didn’t know. Never mind the name or the look it was a great tasting large meal (not sure if it was beef, pork or lamb). and yeah there was a super hot waitress working the bar that night.

Z’s is always open and welcoming. We enjoyed sitting outside on the Main street having drinks and late night snacks on the Christmas day. We ordered chicken quesadilla and Balkan sausages which were delicious. The Balkan specialties are exceptional. The owners are friendly and welcoming. The following day we returned and ordered Shrimp Flat Bread, Airline Chicken and Seafood Linguini which were all very tasty. They also serve espresso coffee. The whole atmosphere is very friendly and represents a pleasant mix of a Mediterranean café, a Balkan restaurant, and an American bar with the traces of a Mexican cantina. The prizes are very reasonable, especially for the late night snacks and lunch entrees.

I was on a business trip and wanted to see what the local feel and brews were all about, so I set out to find that local spot and stumbled on this place to find a great singer (Pineapple Aardvark) he took request and had a great sounding voice that more people should here; so if you’re looking for the same, stop looking and head down to this great friendly spot.
