Our office specializes in representing clients that have been injured in an accident whether it be an auto accident, motorcycle accident or an injury that occurred at work. One of the things that sets us apart is that our firm is not afraid to take cases to trial if that is what is needed in order to maximize our client’s recovery. We use our years of experience both in and out of the courtroom to make sure that each client get the results that matter!

History

Established in 1998.

Our firm started out as a sole practitioner law firm, Steven T. Wittmer, PA. As the client base grew, there was a need to add an additonal attorney and staff in order to make sure that each client was receiving the personal attention they deserved. In 2003, Greg Linehan was hired as an associate attorney. In 2007, Steve and Greg formed a partnership and Steven T. Wittmer, PA became Wittmer & Linehan, PLLC. Currently, we have two attorneys, two full time paralegals, one part time legal assistant, an office manager and receptionist on staff to help to meet each client’s needs.
