Our management team has been doing business in the area for more than 30 years, we bring with us a vast resource for maintenance contractors that are licensed and dedicated to doing a good job.

We have a staff of accountants, administrative assistants, and managers that are dedicated to serving our clients.

Our administrative department will ensure association compliance, board communication, will attend meetings, create minutes, and maintain rosters.

Our accounting services include billing, collecting assessments and delinquencies, forecasting, budgeting, providing detailed financial reporting, and will work with your tax accountant on annual tax returns.

History

Established in 2011.

Windstar is the brainchild of Debra Mack Schrock, her sister Wendy Mack, and her long time friend and business associate Ken Smith.

Debra brings experience in real estate business for 9 years and 4 years in the property management industry providing extensive management, marketing, and sales background.

Wendy has diligently worked in the construction industry for 33 years and 27 years as CFO for a local general contractor. She brings to the table advanced knowledge of accounting systems and financial transactions.

Ken Smith is qualified with over 40 years in the construction industry with experience on condo/​multi family, historical, healthcare, educational, ect. markets. Ken is equipped with a Florida Class «A» General Contractor’s License.

Windstar’s mission is to make sure the property entrusted into our care is maintained as if it were our own, while ensuring timely, consistent, excellent assistance and preserving open lines of communication.

Debra attended State College of Florida, has 9 years in the real estate industry, 4 years in the property management industry with extensive management, marketing, and sales background.

Growing up Debra was always energetic and eager to tackle any project.

As she grew older Debra leaned more towards a career with heavy interaction with people, which lead her eventually to real estate.
