Ultimate Air Conditioning Inc. is a small, family owned heating and air conditioning company that proudly serves all of the Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Lido Key, Palmer Ranch, and surrounding areas of Florida. Our qualified service technicians provide all replacement and repair services to air conditioners and heaters, as well as duct repairs, duct replacement, and professional sanitizing services for all heating and air equipment.

Our Staff

We have five staff members, including four highly qualified technicians who are trained to perform any of the heating and air system repair and replacement services that we offer. Owner and founder, Jeff Markey, has been in the air conditioning business for over 35 years. He is a fully certified and licensed heating, air, and ventilation contractor who specializes in duct repair and replacement. All of our expert technicians attend annual trainings so that they are up to date with all the latest technology.
