This is one of the best ice cream places in Sarasota. We had the brownie, cookie dough and vanilla and all were top notch. Very smooth and creamy and very flavorful! Parking can be a bit of a pain during busy times, but there is an overflow lot behind the building. The inside is small and decorated nicely. Great for both kids and adults. We will definitely be back.

Delicious. My beau got the sea salt caramel ice cream and declined my repeated offers to help finish it; I chose the outstanding Kentucky bourbon.
We also appreciated their generous interpretations of «one» and «two» scoops.

According to the person behind the counter, they tried to cut back on the amount of alcohol in the Kentucky Bourbon Honey in order to get it to firm up more, but it didn’t taste as good. It is quite tasty! Just eat that scoop first… problem solved.

Go out of your way for it! We stumbled on it accidentally, and so glad. Quality stuff.

The real deal. None of that fro-​yo, fat free, sugar free, Coldstone nonsense with a million different toppings. You don’t need any toppings on this stuff because it’s excellent on its own. They have some wacky flavors, which I like, and every time I’ve been there (5 to 7 times) they have some interesting weird flavors plus some more classic ones. Seems like the ingredients are pretty legit, for example in the Rocky Road there’s real marshmallows and nuts, all different sizes and without the freezer burned texture you get in bigger chain places (that means they’re cut fresh by hand). I got a Key Lime that was tart and clearly had sauce made from real limes, the Honey Bourbon is probably my favorite as it has an intense boozy flavor with crunchy sugar-​and-​salt-​coated pecans. Describing that flavor makes me want to go get some right now.
A great place to go after hitting the beach on Stickney Point. Four bucks for a giant scoop, they will split a scoop into two flavors. It’s more expensive per serving than buying ice cream at the store, but this ice cream is better than the ice cream at the store. Get the Honey Bourbon. The Crazy Cake is good too. They’re all good.

Hands down, this is the creamiest and yummiest ice cream on siesta key. They have the old school sugar cones and they have salted caramel. They’ve got it going on.

We sampled several of the flavors and if you like artisan hand made ice cream get here to get it. The staff works hard at letting you know about the product, and giving you a true representation of what it is. The place is clean and shares some local history. In my opinion it is the best on the island!

Kentucky Bourbon Honey with Pecan Pralines… anytime I can get a shot and a dessert at the same time, i’m going for it. I highly recommend that once the remainder in your dish gets soupy, that you shoot the whole thing back.

Are there enough stars to even give this place??? The Octopus– in my families opinion is hands down the best ice-​cream in Sarasota. The waffle cone — single but you can get two flavours — is fantastic with ice cream now made in house. Each year I become addicted to a new flavour. This year the coconut/​butter pecan scoops in a cone can not be beat ! The T-​shirts are also cute if you need a new one to add to the «vacation I have been» pile. Go during the day when the beach is too hot, parking is easier then!

Do yourself a favor and order a scoop of the Butterscotch Blast! IT’S AMAZING!
FYI: a single adult scoop is 2 giant scoops. If you’d like a real single scoop, order a kids cup.

We went here because of all the great Unilocal reviews and are so glad we did! The ice cream was beyond delicious and the gentleman working was extremely nice and helpful. We tried almost every flavor before making our decision and he was so patient with us. They also have a selection of old school candies that was really neat for the kids to check out. This place will definitely be our ice cream go to after beach time!

Love this place. It’s our go-​to ice cream shop when we vacation here. Lots of yummy, made in house flavors. They’ll give you a taste of any, so no excuse for getting something you don’t like. They have ok coffee too, but the ice cream is really the thing.

Loved it! Tasted the toasted coconut, espresso chip and the bourbon honey favors. All tasted really flavorful and high quality.

I had the pleasure of meeting the nicest lady on my excursion while vacationing. If you are in Siesta Key you have to stop by and have some ice cream. It is some of the best ice cream I have ever had! It is right up there with Graeter’s and Jeni’s. Excellent Excellent product!!!

Nice little ice cream shop that was within walking distance from our condo. The people working were very nice. Good selection of ice creams on hand. Reasonable price for what you get. It’s nice that they are open late even on a Sunday. Nice way to end a long day on the beach.
