History

Established in 1980.

Founder Angel Guadalupe established the business in Boston, Ma, in 1980 as a small cleaning company. He worked with many department store chains such as Stop N Shop, Bradley’s and Marshall’s. In 1995 Angel decided to move his family to Florida and figure out a way to grow the business once again. Since then he has partnered with son in law Robert Holland (CFO) and is now one of the leading Floor Care companies in the Bradenton /​Sarasota area. In 2015 Signature Services received the «Best Business Service Award» in Sarasota County. Signature Services number one priority is to serve the community with excellent customer service matched with honesty and loyalty.

Business Owner

Robert Holland is the CFO of Signature Services. He received his Associate’s Degree in Business in 2004 and decided to join the family business with his father in law. Robert saw the potential to grow a small business into a thriving business. Robert’s passion is to meet the needs of every customer with attention to detail, customer service and knowledge of the latest methods or products that are current in the industry.
