I have never been a salon person, didn’t feel welcomed in most places, but the people that work here bend over backwards to assist you and made me feel so comfortable, after a bad experience at another place, Love it

Was there yesterday. The girl who cut my hair smelled like ciggerettes. Granted there wasn’t a whole lot of hair to cut but she just rushed through, no rinse and she put some gel in my hair without asking. I felt ridiculous, and then charged me 23 dollars plus I gave a tip because I didn’t want to be that guy. Place is a joke.

Trust this salon only if you desire to be treated like dirt! My dear friend and her daughter were publically humiliated, thrown out of the «salon,» and were told the owners were going to call the police because my friend shared her thoughts on the treatment they received during the course of their «service.» My friend (and co-​worker) herself works in the customer service business and is the poster child of professionalism. She shared her feedback with the proprietors the same way she would want her customers to share their comments with her-​all in the spirit of improving the customer experience. I’m sure the majority of stylists working here are very good at what they do. I feel sorry their clients are subjected to such unprofessional treatment by the owners of the salon.
