Won’t go anywhere else! The owner is amazing and also a wonderful bartender(yes, they have open bar with free drinks) and keeps everyone laughing! The staff is ao great to where I don’t even have to request a certain nail tech because they are all great. Great polish choices and a wide range of brands. The deluxe pedicure is totally worth it and is the same price you would pay at other salons for a basic! Randy and staff, you are wonderful! Love walking out of the salon with my nails and toes looking great and a nice buzz from the«house special»! Cheers!

my gel nails have never looked better or lasted longer. The offer you delicious refreshments. I made the mistake of getting a fill at the salon I used to patronize, it was $ 15 more! ProNails and Spa is the only salon I will patronize from now on! Thank you Lilly andMike!!!

Since their move from the old location to the new location(in the same shopping center) my last 4 attempts have been less and less desirable so I’m done returning and have found another nail salon. Location: For the last couple months they’ve been in a cramped temporary location while their bay next door is under construction. Their old place was huge so I’m not sure what the expectation is for the new place once it’s actually open. Everyone is packed in there like sardines and it’s a bit loud when patrons talk loudly like they have no manners so its not a relaxing experience. Price: It’s not cheap but also not overly priced given you’re in a very snowbird heavy area. Pedi’s are approximately $ 30+ Quality & Service: Not bad and most times they offer wine and mixed drinks but that’s not a deciding factor to keep me coming back. Making an appointment or walking in does not matter. They always tell you it will be «15 minutes» and next thing you know, your feet have been in a tub of water for 30 minutes while you’re still waiting for a technician. Personally, If I’m going to spend the money and time, I want a relaxing salon and I’m fine with just a bottle of water. People tend to gravitate to this place because it’s been there a long time. Look elsewhere, there are new, cleaner and more relaxing places out there since we know there is a nail shop on every corner on Clark Rd. **I’ve found a new«gem» of a nail salon just a couple minutes west on Clark called Expo Nails in the Expo plaza where Buffalo Wild Wings is located at 4013 Clark Road. New Shop, great chairs, relaxing environment, great nail colors including Zoya, OPI and Essie. Feels more like a spa than your run of the mill nail shop. Pedi’s start at $ 25 and Regular Mani’s at $ 15…totally worth it.

Excellent job on my gel manicure with a fireworks design in honor of July 4th. Great job Tracey! The pedicure and as relaxing and painless. Best part b sides the massages and the pampering was the House Drink. Pretty and delicious for the over 21 crowd. This salon has plenty of English speaking staff and they all are smiling and humorous. There’s televisions everywhere which is really nice to relax and enjoy watch while being pampered. Prices are reasonable. Mani and pedi $ 35. Gel mani with regular Pedi is $ 50. Add $ 5 for French. Nail art is really creative too.

You really cannot ask for more at a nail salon. Nice people, great services and free cocktails

Due to my traveling had not been here for several months, a new décor was waiting for me. The new furniture, TVs and wall color gives the place more upscale look and feel. The service and friendliness has not changed, which is why I like to go to this place.

I stopped in here and had a male, I believe the owner. He was wonderful! I went back and I felt like I was squeezed in… The pedi water was cold and before the tub could fill completely a very distracted woman began clipping away at my cuticles! She cut my toe and tried wiping the blood away with her bare finger! I let her know that it hurt and her continued nipping at it was quite painful. With out a word she scurried off, leaving me sitting there, bleeding. A sweet young girl took over and the rest of the experience was better. That toe continued to hurt and throb until the next month when my polish was removed and I realized I had a horrible fungus on that toe!!! Since than I have been to a podiatrist, a dermatologist and my reg gp. I have tried every remedy, rx cremes, soaks even the rx which required me to have monthly liver testing. 18 mos later($ $ 100’s) I still have ugly painful nail fungus!
