Fantastic Asian food in Sarasota. Consistent and quality that is unmatched. Glad to have them here in Sarasota. Make sure to sign up for the dining club program

Disappointment. Overpriced. Run away from the Singapore Street noodles. The sesame chicken was at least edible but buried in a sweet syrup sauce. We had four bad meals at a different location some time ago, so no hurry to try here. A gift card from last Christmas brought us here this evening. We ordered extra chicken in both meals and the street noodles had almost no chicken at all. Also ordered 3 fortune cookies that were not included in our take out meals. No good luck here. Gulf Coast of Florida is full of better choices.

Food is not hot and bar service is slow. Had to request setup after being served. Really? While tasty, seems as if all the servers are more interested in talking with themselves rather than focusing on making sure food is excellent and service is timely and clean.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday last night at PF Changs and had such a great time. The food was excellent and the service was the best. We had nine people and Janie made each of us feel special. She went above and beyond and kept the drinks and food flowing. The restaurant was full, in fact there were two other birthday parties, but our food arrived promptly. This restaurant is such a nice addition to Sarasota and we look forward to eating there again real soon.

My husband & I were there last nite for the first time while on vacation & to celebrate my birthday & it was amazing! The food was all so good from apps to the main course. We top it off with a delicious dessert. There is so much to choose from. Service was outstanding thanks to «Noah» our server. His recommendations were spot on. Looking forward to going back!

Went to dinner with two girlfriends for my birthday and what a fabulous time we had. It was cooler tonight so we sat on the patio, which was fine except for occasional street noise. We ordered 3 drinks: Long Island iced tea, an Asian pear mojito, and a sangria. Iced tea was excellent. The mojito was the BEST I’ve ever had. Sangria was just okay. We kind of did an Asian tapas thing, where we just ordered plates and shared. 1st plate: veggie lettuce wraps — superb. 2nd plate: Asian chicken tacos — superb. 3rd plate: Eggplant with sweet chili sauce– superb. 4th plate: Veggie Fried Rice — very good. 5th plate: Spinach with garlic — good. Complementary birthday dessert: flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce — superb. Thanks PF Changs! It was divine! I did 4 stars because our waitperson was really great but they were understaffed. We want to see her more!

We had a nice late lunch here, server was very pleasant and helpful. The portions were not as large as we expected as we had hoped to be able to take something home. The server asked if we wanted the smaller or larger servings and we requested the larger. We had an appetizer of fried dumplings which were excellent but only got 4 — six would have been better. Entrees: a sesame chicken dish that was very good, and a house special fried beef strips with a sechuan sauce. Not a favorite as the beef strips were hard like jerky. The meals came with two small bowls of white rice.

Food was good, ate there a few weeks ago. Loved my mojito. Our server tried short changing us ten dollars. His name was Noah, was in a hurry and thought we wouldn’t notice. Not cool.

My last to experiences at this location were very disappointing. Mind you the two were about a year apart and I was hoping things got better, but I guess not.

In town visiting family. Nice atmosphere. Sat quickly. Waited a little while for service and finally Katy(?) asked if we’d been helped and proceeded to take great care of us. Tea was only warm. Other drinks were good. Soup was not hot — and that applies to all three kinds we ordered. Entrees were excellent. Mongolian beef, fried rice, and Pad Thai, however, were right on the mark. Just the right amount of spice and very flavorful.

I’ve been here three times and have never been disappointed. The food is pretty good and a few new items have been added to the menu, the service is on point, and the atmosphere is nice; I personally prefer to sit outside. I’m not sure of the manager’s name, but he is great and this is why: our appetizer was delayed by a couple of minutes(we didn’t say anything to the staff about it because we didn’t even realize it), he came over to our table, apologized and gave it to us for free. We were very pleased :-)

Eh, it was ok. Not a total disaster but definitely not memorable either. The edamame was difficult to chew and twiggy, chili paste had a weird olive taste. At least half of our six enjoyed their meals though. Would go back and try something different.

I was told that I just had to try PF Changs. I could t have been more underwhelmed with the food. Do they take their food from the frozen bags found in stores and just re heat it on location? Admittedly I am not a fan of this type of cuisine, but I know good food from bad. There are better options for this type of cuisine. I must say that the only reason it has two stars instead of one is that the most delightful waiter, Myron, was very accommodating, pleasant and courteous. Give that guy a raise, he got you an extra star!

My wife and I waited over a year to dine at P F Chang’s due to the bad reviews on Unilocal. From what we read, service was really bad when they first opened but based on what we witnessed last night, they made a complete turnaround. We were seated around 5:15 on a Saturday night and stayed about 90 minutes. Our waitress Alicia was the best and provided prompt service all night long. She would check with us about 5 minutes after each course. The manager even came around to each table to make sure every guest was taken care of. Always a great sign to see the manager bouncing from table to table. We ordered drinks — they came out in a few minutes. We ordered apps — they came out one minute apart. We ordered entrees — they came out less than two minutes after we finished our apps. We ordered dessert — they came out less than five minutes after we ordered. PF Chang’s was really busy all night but they couldn’t have done a better job. Everything tasted great and the service was outstanding. FYI — I ordered the Spicy Tuna Roll, Chicken Lo Mein, and the Cheesecake. We had low expectations going in but were so impressed that we will be coming back.

We live coming here. The food is good & the service has always been great. I’ve been coming here since they first opened and I’ve never been disappointed! This particular visit John was out waiter and he was very attentive, fast and accommodating. They ran out of the beer my husband likes, the manager, Danny Lee, heard about it and brought over a beer he thought my husband would like. It’s the small things that make the difference and we would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Note: I’ve only ordered takeout food from this location. The order was very good. We really enjoyed the spicy chicken, hot and sour soup, pad Thai, and sesame chicken. One fantastic feature is the large gluten-free menu. Make it easy for our gluten free friends to order! The challenge was with the take-out portion of my experience. There was a lot of chaos at the front station. I waited the appropriate time to come and pick up the food(40 mins). I checked in when I arrived. But even this was somewhat chaotic. Because it was busy, I was passed off to a couple of people to check in. Once I was able to tell them which order I was waiting for they said just another minute. 35 minutes later I was still waiting. Five minutes earlier I had noticed some bags that looked like it could potentially be our order. Sure enough it was our order. But the person handling takeout orders was so busy it has been overlooked. Overall it took 75 mins from order to get my food. I would not have minded the long timeframe if they had simply been more realistic and telling me how long it would take for my order to be ready. And telling me my order would be ready in just another minute and then waiting 35 minutes was frustrating. I hope they get a better handle on takeout orders during busy times.

Stopped in for an early dinner with the kids after an afternoon of shopping. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Restaurant is clean and stylish, similar to other PF Changs we’ve visited in other states. We were seated immediately and our server came over right away to tell us about the happy hour and other specials. We ordered lettuce wraps, crab rangoons, dynamite shrimp, and fried green beans from the happy hour menu. We also had a Mai tai and Moscow mule to drink. All items were great, and the happy hour prices cant be beat! While PF Changs is famous for the lettuce wraps, the fried green beans are totally underrated! They are perfectly cooked, crispy and fresh, and the spicy dipping sauce is the perfect compliment. The kids shared an order of sweet and sour chicken which quickly disappeared. We shared an order of Pad Thai, which was good but not the best we’ve ever had. Our 4 year old son said the brown rice was the best rice he’s ever had and gave it «ten thumbs up»! He proclaimed PF Changs his new favorite restaurant.

I love Sarasota, but this place makes me forget I’m in Sarasota when there. It’s energetic, modern, just beautiful! And seeing that horse statue takes me back to my first introduction to it and PF Chang’s in San Diego 15 years ago. The food has remained unchanged and I love it! For a fail-proof meal order the following: Hot and Sour soup(add dashes of vinegar for a kick) Lettuce Wraps Chang’s Spicy Chicken(extra spicy) Mongolian Beef Orange Beef(my fav) You will not be disappointed! The inside is so expansive, beautiful and contemporary. Servers are quick and eager to help. Unsure if the kitchen or server mixed up one of our entrees, but it was fixed right away and it tasted fabulous, so we were more than content. I have no complaints about this place, except maybe the wait :-)
