Mirror Image Dentistry has been my family’s dental office for over ten years. The skill, concern, service, and kindness they provide is superb. Their commitment to our dental care is second to none!

Mirror Image is the best dentist office I have ever been to! The Doctors, Hygienists and the staff are wonderful, very caring, friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I have moved from the Sarasota Area to the East Coast of Florida and I will travel the 3 hours just to go to Mirror Image where I feel like and know, I am getting the best care possible.

The staff were very nice at the office. The dentist indicated, after examining me, that I should just need a regular cleaning. The hygienist looked at my teeth and told me that I should have scaling and planing, a procedure for gum issues. She gave me a treatment plan for $ 750 which was shocking. After some thinking on it, I chose to have the procedure done. The procedure would be done in 2 parts (right side one time and left side the second time). At the onset, I asked the hygienist if the treatment plan included everything. She looked and said yes. While working on me, she mentioned a couple of times how much the antibiotic shots she was giving me cost. I went out to pay, and the office said, ‘we’ll just wait until everything is done”. After calculating the $ 50 charge for each antibiotic shot, I began to worry about the accuracy of the treatment plan price quote. I called before going to my second appointment and was told that the hygienist had for some reason failed to omit the additional $ 1100 for the antibiotic! The total for services to date was $ 1050 and with the remaining services, the total would come to over $ 1750! That doesn’t even include the exam, x-​rays and normal cleaning which totaled $ 222! The finance person offered to drop the price to $ 1400 after conceding that the hygienist had not included the antibiotic ($ 1100) in the quote. I believe this is blatant robbery. Had she told me the price originally, I would not have chosen to have her use all that antibiotic. And, I would have checked around to get a second opinion. I will not return, nor will I ever use this dentist again or recommend them to others!

I’ve been going to Mirror Image since they opened and I love them! The staff is always incredibly kind and accommodating. They are always more than happy to answer all your questions and they are always prompt.

I broke the cap off my front left tooth, 2 days before my wedding! They were able to fit me in and make a new temp cap. very accommodating, friendly staff. The doctor who worked on me was very careful, and thorough to make sure my smile was perfect! Thanks Mirror Image!
