Stacy Hanan, PA is an informed can do senior agent. She is efficient and directed and more than gets the job done. Her easy going pleasant and sweet demeanor is a great assets to everyone who knows her. I loved working with Stacy finding our new home in Sarasota. I recommend Stacy as a 5 STAR RE AGENT.

They guy who helped us find our home works for Saunders, he’s wonderful, we LOVE him. BUT the woman who sold the house to us from prior owners also works for Saunders. Her name is Judy Browning. This woman is unscrupulous. We could NOT believe she had the former owner of our home get freon pumped into our air conditioning system just so it would work until we signed. We know this because the service company who did that for her and the former owner told us they did it, AND Browning said at the closing, «The air conditioner only has to work until the home warranty kicks in». That is not second hand, my husband and I were looking at her when she said that. We would have liked to sue them, because the a/​c had to be replaced the day we moved in for 8K (PS. our home warranty would have only covered $ 1,800, but what Browning was suggesting to us was insurance fraud). It is a couple years later and we still are angry about her casually illegal attitude. Other things happened (the former owner sold us the house with everything included. After we won the bid, she came back and took a LOT of items out of the house that were there when we put in our bid, and were TOLD were part of the deal!). Browning knowingly does things that are not legal, yet her name is plastered all over our neighborhood. Too bad. If you’re buying a house from her, you have been warned.
