Metro Self Storage

We started dealing with this facility a few months before we moved to Sarasota. Wil, the manager, told me they didn’t have a large AC unit and promised to stay in touch in case one became available. In the meantime he reserved a large nonAC unit just in case. Weeks go by and I’ve pretty much forgotten about it. Then Wil calls saying he put a temporary hold on a large AC unit for us which we would begin paying for only when we moved in.
The point is this represents the level of service you get from Wil and Debbie at Metro. I had called a couple of other facilities in Sarasota as well and never heard a peep back from them. They are friendly and personable — everything was easy breezy! The unit was clean and the facility is easy to access ²⁴⁄₇. We also managed to get an 18 wheeler parked inside on moving day which apparently isn’t always a given. Finally, Wil actually lives with his family on site — a fact that gives us reassurance that the property is managed well. So def an A++!

Talk about LEGENDARY customer service… DEBBIE & WILL are it. They represent the best in class for the American workplace. What wonderful attention they pay to detail. They meet & exceed customer expectations.
My wife & I are honored to secure a storage space with their company because they are so professional, warm, honest, and caring.
