Manny’s Tires

I really hate to give bad reviews, but this merits one.
I had new tires mounted and they accidentally hit the rim on one of the wheels. I hadn’t noticed it immediately but only after I had checked each wheel. The guy that put them on was long gone, and after I hunted him down he could not speak any English, only Spanish. I then got Manny, who after a short conversation with his mechanic in Spanish, told me the scratch was already there before. I do want to point out here that the car had not been moved, the scratch was clean as can be, and third the scratch was also under the lip of the tire without any mark on the tire. After a heated conversation Manny gave me the money back I paid to mount the tires but the cost to remove the scratch was $ 120.
I give Manny’s two stars simple because of the good work he did in the past. I understand that accidents happen and my negative experience was probably an exception to the rule but it was not handled professionally.

Friendly Service. The technicians were courteous and respectful. The price shown was all inclusive. I had two tires changed and it was completed efficiently. Like Adam S. stated, they use a torque wrench to properly tighten your lugs instead or relying on the impact gun.

Manny is great and provides fast, fair, and courteous service. His techs treat your car carefully and even tighten your lugs with an actual torque wrench instead of the impact gun. You know, like you’re supposed to.

The tires that I need have always been in stock and you don’t need an appointment. I’m usually there less than 30 minutes total. I send all my friends here!

Great service, great tires, great prices. And they’re FAST! I paid only $ 50 per tire — total. They installed them, and made sure that the two tires I was keeping were aired up and ready to go — they took care of everything. They’re the best!
