L’ural Spa

Super disappointed that I didn’t receive the same 5 star treatment other reviewers claim they did. I went here because of the Unilocal reviews and won’t return. Shannon was my therapist. She talked (a lot!) the entire time. At one point she made a comment about us both being Leos and Leos are usually extroverts but I seemed introverted. I told her «No, I’m just trying to relax and enjoy my massage.» I didn’t want to be rude but it was impossible to relax. She said she probably talks to much and continued to do so. The massage part on my neck was good but didn’t make up for the rest of the experience. Almost halfway into the massage she asked if she could change the blankets. I’d never had a therapist request this but I said sure. She removed everything, exposing my naked body on the table! Talk about embarrassing! She then covered me with a single thin, fleece blanket. I was just ready to be done. When I went to pay, the woman at the register told me I received the first time special for $ 69.99. I showed her my Unilocal deal I had purchased ($ 50 for $ 70 deal) and she told me they don’t honor that for the first time special so it would actually be $ 89.99. So I actually didn’t save any money and did not have a good experience. I paid and then asked her for change for a $ 20 so I could tip Shannon in cash. She said she could not give me the change for a $ 20. What kind of business doesn’t have cash when their establishment provides services that take gratuity? Every part of my experience, from the massage to the payment was completely unprofessional.

Awesome place! Perfect Mothers Day outing with my Mom. We both had massages and loved them. Staff was super nice and attentive. The rooms were clean and relaxing. We had a great time and I will take Mom again next time I’m in town (she has been back without me several times already).

Beautiful salon and spa ! Everyone is very professional and very friendly! I had my hair and nails done and I absolutely love it! Highly recommend, great location with big parking lot…

I took my adult niece and I for a spa birthday treat along with my nieces new baby infant daughter. We had a fabulous amazing experience. Larissa and the other staff tended to our every need with such kindness and sincerity. I felt like making us happy was their highest priority and they love what they do. After a hectic challenging week, their expert hands and sincere kindness had us all floating on a cloud. The L’ural signature massage with hot stones was perfect. And the facial was equally wonderful. They use high tech equipment and have a beautiful fun vibe in their sitting room complete with green tea and grapes and tea cookies. The prices were fabulous too. We will be going back!!! Thank you ladies!!!

I went to this beautiful spa during my visit to Sarasota. I had great relaxation time .had their signature massage and facial. The owner was there: very nice lady even offered me snack and glass of wine between my sessions. That was nice gesture ! The stuff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is warm and very cozy. I was very pleased to find this my new favorite massage/​facial place on the east cost! Highly recommended !!!
