History
Established in 1987.
Video producer and father of five, Fred Levine, was dissatisfied with the choices of either fantasy or violent video entertainment for his children, i.e., Barney or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Levine noticed his Son’s fascination with big-machines and the idea for «Road Construction Ahead», a thirty-minute movie showing real workers using huge machines to build a new road, was born. The rest is history!
