History
Established in 2008.
Inspired by passion for the hospitality industry, worldwide travels, engaging mentors and a mutually shared mission of providing great service, food and drink in a welcoming, neighborhood-style atmosphere, Libby’s is all about family — immediate and extended. Named after the mother and grandmother of the Seidensticker partners, the «Libby’s Team» has grown to now include originating founders Steve, Joe, Pat and Lisa Seidensticker and Jeff Greco, as well as Executive Chef Fran Casciato and financial advisor Sally Bailey.
Collectively the team brings a consistent first name presence to Libby’s dining experience that enables them to stay closely connected with guests. This daily, front of the house interaction, along with a seasonally changing, creative menu of Modern American Cuisine, has been instrumental in Libby’s success since opening in 2008. It has also been an integral component of having become one of the Southwest Florida’s most highly touted and award-winning restaurants.
