History

Established in 1986.

First licensed in New Jersey in 1986, I received my broker’s license in 1988. My real estate career was centered in and around Long Beach Island and southern Ocean County, along the Jersey Shore.

Traveling for a Real Estate class to Sarasota, Florida, I found one of the most fantastic beaches in the world on Siesta Key & summer was not limited to just a few months. In 2004 I attained my Florida real estate broker’s license & in 2005 I moved to Sarasota with my family.

My experience is diverse, selling homes, investment properties, vacant land, & commercial properties. My clients include builders (selling the site to them, taking it through the development stages, & selling the finished product as new construction), investors, first time buyers, & affluent second (or third or fourth) home buyers.
