I had an appointment with Mila(nail tech.). I was clear about having gel nail extensions. Mila was as ignorant as it can get. Claiming that gel is not used to extend the nail, which I know for sure is a not true. She was trying to use acrylic to extend my nails. Nail she built were all different sizes and shapes, plus about 1/8inch thick. She cut me with the file in different places on several fingers. I could not let her continue, so I had to stop her in the middle. She blamed everything on the receptionist for not making correct notes while she booked the appointment, and on misunderstanding, which was lie in both cases because I clearly explained to her what I need and asked her several times what was she planning to do with my nails. Also at the beginning of my appointment she told me, and I quote: «Well this is how I’m doing nails, and if you don’t like it you don’t have to come back»… Ignorant, arrogant, not professional, no skills in gel or acrylic nail extensions.

I was disappointed to say the least… not only did my hair stylist(richard) not listen to anything I asked for, he cut my hair with a major attitude. He was snobby and inappropriate. He didn’t even give me a proper blow out. I expected more from this salon and would strongly discourage anyone from going there.

Had a great facial with Erica today. She listened to my needs and presented me with an option that she felt suited me best. She has a very gentle touch and I could see results right away. She did not pressure me with products but gave me her insight on what she thought would be best for me. Very nice atmosphere, and very relaxing facial.
