This business has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Four months after installing new glass shower doors in the master bath of our vacation rental, one of the doors literally exploded as one of our guests was stepping out of the shower. The owner was rude, arrogant, and unaccommodating and I finally had to get my contractor involved to get the doors replaced. I would definitely NOT recomment this company. There are too many other glass companies out there to have to deal with this one if something goes wrong with their product.

We had J&R install a two sided glass shower enclosure. It had to be ordered and was delivered and installed quickly. One panel had six body sprays aimed at it and did have a leak, which was quickly fixed. The owner, Roy Schneider, who has been in business for 40 years was very knowledgeable, as were his two employees who installed the panels. Very pleased and would recommend.
