We bought our certified pre owned Q56 here. Everyone from the manager to the service department are top notch. Every time I take the car in I am treated like family. Their service team members are so thoughtful and nice to deal with. They help me take my car seat in and out, they give you a clean loaner car for a simple oil change, they just go above and beyond. Lisa, Devin, David are all stars.
If every dealer were like Coast, there would be no stereotypes that exist about car dealers being shady.

Well we bought a car from this dealer about 7 years ago. We purchased a brand new zero mile infiniti fx35. Every time we had to do maintenance on the car we took it to this dealership. Turns out once I paid my car off 2 months later my car stopped working and we basically had to give the car up. After they changed the spark plug after our 100,000 mile check up is when everything went wrong. Our coils melted and fried our ACM computer in our car and the car won’t turn on. People there told me not to fix the car because they didn’t even know if it was the computer or not so we decided to not buy a car from them. We simply don’t trust infiniti cars anymore. No matter what people say about theses car we will never go back. Also the dealer isn’t the best not everyone there is friendly either. Staff is not very satisfying either.

I negotiated a new car purchase long distance for my mom who lives in Sarasota, and was very happy with how the whole experience went. Dave Hartzell (salesman) was working with my mom, who was test driving the car and learning about its features. She raved about how helpful he was, and she was in there quite a bit and took several test drives. I dealt with Wayne, the sales manager, and he couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful. He was very professional and each time I had a question or needed something in writing, he would get it done within a few minutes. My mom is thrilled with her car and I am very happy for her and enjoyed dealing with Coast Infiniti.
