Our business philosophy is to give back the portion of the proceeds that usually would go to the national real estate franchise to local non-​profit organizations in order to make a difference in the lives of our neighbors and our community.

History

Established in 2011.

After several years providing real estate services in Sarasota County for one of the national franchise brokers, we decided to begin Generous Property. The basic concept is simple, instead of splitting the proceeds with the franchise, a portion of each real estate transaction, is donated local non-​profit organizations that are providing services to people in need in the local community.

Over twenty five years of successful sales experience in both the corporate world as well as the Real Estate profession. I have extensive training from Fortune 500 corporations such as AT&T and Verizon. I also make it a point to continually educate myself and my staff with regard to the real estate brokerage and sales training from the top professionals in the industry. I have a reputation for tenacious follow-​up and relentless pursuit of the right solution for my customers.
