Firestone Complete Auto Care

I stopped in on a Wednesday to have my AC checked with no appointment. They took a quick look and suggested I come in on Saturday and have it checked. They were offering a $ 9.99 special. I agreed to the appointment. A few months ago, I had checked the price of an AC replacement with my car dealer and was quoted a little under $ 800. I came in on Saturday and they performed the check. I needed a new compressor and the pigtail harness was shorting out and would need either repair or replacement. I asked for a quote. Charles provided a quote higher than the dealer. I called the dealer while there and, now armed with specifics, requested another quote. They came in at $ 876 without quoting the pigtail harness. Charles agreed to match the quote and fix it the next day. On Sunday I dropped the car off. They completed the repairs and I had my air conditioned ride back the same day. I would highly recommend them to anyone. By the way, they did not charge me for the $ 9.99 AC check and had waived that fee before I agreed to have them do the work. They showed integrity and I appreciate that.

Horrible customer service. Kayla didn’t acknowledge me or looked my face while my car was been serviced in this store. Racist people should’t be serving this community.

Awesome experience. Anna and Alan helped me. They are very professional and timely. I dropped my car and got it back in great condition. The team there does great work! Always a pleasure to find good people to do business with.

Not that I was planning or scheduled any maintenance service but my ABS light came turning and and ESPN so of course it had to do with brake system. Being we have to travel an 1hr to and from work. I couldn’t blow it off! They were slow and of course it’s before a holiday but I needed to get it checked. Brought it in at 3:30 and it’s 430. still waiting. It’s just sucky especially before the Holidays. Soooo needless to say they checked everything thoroughly and it’s a sensor deal. I felt confident leaving Firestone and the brakes were ok.

I always get anxiety when it comes to repairs, but the girl that was at the counter was great. She checked all the fluids and brought me a white cloth with examples of how each looked and said i was good. Im a hypochondriac with my van so its nice to have an honest person that doesnt over charge. Very friendly too.

I am very unsatisfied with the manager Charles, I get there my tire was bigger than the car need so he told me the side I need is on the door and is not safe if I use different than that side so I follow his advice. he offered me an alignment $ 80 one time, $ 179.99 lifetime, I took life time, now he never offer me a road hazard, now 2 week later I get nail in my tire and I have to buy a new tire because this gentleman never offer to me that road hazard, I call him back and he told me I offer to you but you said no is a big lay, he even told me I don’t want to spend money that way I say no, if I want to save money why I get the life time alignment?, I paid double but in a long way I will save money, so Charles don’t put words in my mouth and do your job there. If you did your job right I should not paid 170 $ for a new tire after 2 week.

I have been having my truck serviced here for about 5 – 6 years. Never had to bring it back for anything, they do things right the first time!
