Specializing in fresh seafood from around the world. Menu is printed on a daily basis and market catch items are flown in daily.
Dinner menu has between 7 to 10 different fish selections. All of our fish is flown in fresh and fileted in house. Typically we will have several Gulf selections, others from the Atlantic Northeast, Pacific West and some specialty selections of either Dover Sole, Turbot or John Dory.
Our raw bar has 5 to 6 different oysters to choose from. We have oysters from both the east and west coast. We offer a oyster grand tasting so one can see the different flavors that oysters can posses based on where and how they are harvested and grown.
Currently Nantucket Bay Scallops and Florida Stone Crab are in season.
We are known for our Seafood but make sure that it you come in you try our Gazpacho with some of our house made bread.
History
Established in 1978.
Located on beautiful St. Armands Circle in Sarasota Florida. In operation and under the same management and ownership since 1978. The restaurant opened originally as Charley’s Crab with the name change occurring back in 2000 to Crab & Fin to better reflect the menu direction.
