Mr. Morrison received his Doctorate of Law from George Washington University-​National Law Center, in 1988. He has been licensed to practice in the State of Florida since 1989 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts, for the Middle District of Florida as well as the United States 11^th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a former Assistant State Attorney for the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and has been in private practice in Sarasota since 2000.
