I have been ordering from this place since 2004, it has since undergone a change in ownership many times, The food used to be phenomenal, I worked in the plaza and would eat here frequently. Over the course of time and ownership change, this place has gone in the ground in terms of food quality, delivery time, customer service etc. Just today we ordered a large group order, delivery took well over an hour to reach 1.2 Miles down Bee Ridge and to make matters worse the guy who was delivering the food steps out of his car, food in hand and i watched him exhale cigarette smoke around my food and then throw his cigarette butt on the ground. So not only are you smoking around my food, then you litter on my property and leave me to go pick up your cigarette butt after you leave? We won’t be ordering here again.

I’ve ordered delivery from this location 20+ times. I always get the happy family, steamed dumplings, and crab Rangoon. The delivery is crazy fast, and the food is good. You get a ton of food for the money.

This is the worst chinese food I have ever had, the rice was terrible and the shrimp with lobster sauce was like none I have ever had. Usually a brown sauce theirs was white and loaded with peas and carrots. When I called to complain that the food was terrible she just simply said ok. Never again!!!

This just may be the worst Chinese restaurant in existence. The food was greasy and lukewarm. I asked them to add additional spice they said they could not. It would mess up their wok… Lame really lame. I ordered anyway in spite of my better judgment: It was simply terrible. No flavor. No Care in preparation. No character. Bear in mind my expectations weren’t terribly high in the first place: But somehow they lowered the bar. Do us all a favor and improve or close…

Only one star for this place and it’s only because we can’t post without clicking on a star(ok, one star for a great delivery guy)! We were staying at a local hotel for a night on our trip north. The plan was to go to St. Armands Circle for dinner — one of our favorite places for delicious food. A huge storm came up and wasn’t letting up so we decided to call out for Chinese delivery. We should have taken our chances with the lightning bolts! One of the spring rolls tasted ‘off’, the Mongolian Beef should be called Mongolian Spring Onions with a Little Bit of Slimy Beef, and the General Tso’s Chicken tasted, well, just plain rotten. None of us got very far into our choices before it all went into the trash. The outcome(no pun intended) was more like a colonoscopy prep than anything else. How this place is in business is a mystery. Don’t eat there.
