Back in Motion, Sarasota Physical Therapy was «born» in 2006 when Tim Burnell, PT & his wife Monique Burnell moved to Sarasota from New Orleans after losing everything in Hurricane Katrina. The business has been built on the concept of establishing a loyal client base and getting optimal results quicker and in fewer in clinic Physical Therapy visits. «We establish a Home Based Therapeutic Exercise Program for every client» states Tim. Back in Motion, Sarasota Physical Therapy has grown to 10 licensed and certified clinicians employing 17 staff. Only 1-​on-​1 direct hands on care is provided never treating more than one client at a time. The business has grown now utilizing state of the art FDA approved equipment and is an Accredited DMEPOS (Durable Medical Equipment, Orthotics, Prosthetics, & Supplies) provider with Medicare.
