Craniosacral Therapy is a whole body therapy that gives immediate relief for any kind of body pain such as neck, back, shoulder, sciiatic and headache pain. It also frees any restriction in the body on terms of limited mobility and range of motion. Results are immediate and rarely does anyone leave my office not feeling better. Great for stress relief and increasing energy levels and functioning of the organs and energy flows in the body.

History

Established in 1994.

Over 30 years of body work experience with the last eighteen years specializing in Craniosacral Therapy with Advanced Training from the Upledger Institute.

Has functioned as an Assistant Teacher for the Upledger Institute and was invited by Dr. Upledger to participate in a two week Post Traumatic Intensive Program for Vietnam Vets.

Am well versed in Macrobiotics and work with Cancer and other health challenged patients who are on a Macrobiotic diet.
